Sunday Worship

At Berean Freedom Fellowship, we primarily gather in a house church setting or occasionally at the beach—wherever the Spirit leads and community can thrive. We meet every Sunday at 10:00 AM, but since our location can vary, we encourage you to reach out to us ahead of time if you plan to visit so we can let you know exactly where we’ll be meeting.

Our worship gatherings are simple, Spirit-led, and centered on God’s Word. With a blend of contemporary and traditional worship music, heartfelt prayer, and Bible-based teaching, our time together is meant to encourage, equip, and draw us closer to Jesus.

Youth Mninistry

At Berean Freedom Fellowship, we believe that the primary responsibility for raising up God-fearing children lies with the family. The church is here to support, encourage, and equip parents in that calling—not to replace it. As Proverbs 22:6 (KJV) reminds us:
“Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.”

Our youth gatherings are designed to come alongside families in this mission by offering a safe, Christ-centered environment where children and teens can grow in their faith, build meaningful friendships, and learn how to live out God’s truth in everyday life.

Through weekly Bible discussions, service opportunities, and fellowship events, we aim to support both youth and their parents in the journey of spiritual growth. Our hope is to see each young person come to know Jesus personally and grow into a confident follower of Christ—while staying closely connected to the guidance and love of their own family.

Community Outreach

At Berean Freedom Fellowship, we believe that genuine faith shows itself through compassion and action. Caring for the poor, the widows, and the orphans is not just a good deed—it’s a command close to God’s heart. As Proverbs 28:27 (NIV) says:
“Those who give to the poor will lack nothing, but those who close their eyes to them receive many curses.”

We take this calling seriously. Whether it’s feeding the hungry, providing clothing, supporting local shelters, or contributing to global missions, we’re committed to extending God’s love in practical ways.

We also strive to care for widows and orphans—those Scripture highlights as especially close to God’s heart (see James 1:27)—offering support, presence, and provision wherever we can.

Our church family regularly organizes outreach events and seeks out needs within the Big Island and beyond. Whether you want to serve or need support, there’s a place for you here. Join us as we live out our faith by being the hands and feet of Jesus—serving with love, humility, and purpose.

Small Group Discipling

At Berean Freedom Fellowship, we believe that the Bible is our ultimate authority—our foundation for truth, growth, and faith. Without God’s Word, there is no true transformation and no reliable standard by which to live or believe. That’s why our Men’s and Women’s Midweek Night Out gatherings are centered on Scripture and rooted in discipleship.

We gather each week to dive deep into the Bible, not just for knowledge, but for life change. These midweek groups provide a space for honest discussion, spiritual sharpening, and practical application of God’s Word. As Jesus said in John 8:31-32 (NIV):
“If you hold to my teaching, you are really my disciples. Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”

We also take seriously the call to be spiritual watchmen—looking out for one another and staying alert in a world that constantly pulls us away from God. As Ezekiel 33:7 (NIV) declares:
“Son of man, I have made you a watchman… so hear the word I speak and give them warning from me.” Whether you're new to the Bible or a lifelong student, you’ll find fellowship, growth, and purpose here.

As Proverbs 27:17 says,
“As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another,”
and Hebrews 10:24-25 encourages us to “spur one another on toward love and good deeds… encouraging one another.”

Marriage Counseling

At Berean Freedom Fellowship, we believe that marriage is a sacred covenant designed by God—a reflection of Christ’s love for the Church (Ephesians 5:25). That’s why we offer Marriage Counseling to couples in the community who desire to strengthen, restore, or deepen their relationship through faith.

Our sessions provide a safe, Christ-centered space for couples to navigate challenges, improve communication, and grow in love and understanding. Led by experienced counselors who approach every situation with compassion and biblical wisdom, our goal is to help couples rediscover unity, healing, and purpose within their marriage.

As Ecclesiastes 4:12 (NIV) reminds us:
“Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.”

We believe that when God is at the center of the marriage, healing and transformation are always possible.

1-on-1 Bible Studies

At Berean Freedom Fellowship, we believe that personal, relational discipleship is one of the most powerful ways to grow in your faith. That’s why we offer 1-on-1 Bible Studies—a chance to explore God’s Word in a meaningful and personalized way, at your own pace.

These one-on-one sessions are designed to help you deepen your understanding of Scripture, ask honest questions, and apply biblical truth to your everyday life. Whether you’re new to the faith or looking to strengthen your walk with God, our leaders are here to walk alongside you with encouragement and wisdom.

Jesus said in Matthew 7:24-25 (NIV):
“Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock. The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall, because it had its foundation on the rock.”
