We gather in homes and by the sea to study God’s Word, worship in Spirit and truth, and do life together like family. Come as you are.

Berean Freedom Fellowship is a small, Scripture-first community on the east side of the Big Island. We meet mostly in living rooms, and sometimes on the shoreline.
We chose simplicity, authenticity and connection over tradition and formality. There’s no stage, no fog machine and no paid staff. You’ll find people who love Jesus, read their Bibles and look after one another, with an open door that always has room for one more.
Whether you’re exploring faith, looking for a church home, or just new to the island, you’re welcome here.

The verse behind our nameThey received the message with great eagerness and examined the Scriptures every day to see if what Paul said was true.
Acts 17:11 (NIV). That is the posture we want: eager to learn, humble enough to check, and anchored in the Word over opinion.

Sunday doesn’t end at the benediction. We linger, talk story and pray for one another while the kids run off to play. That’s usually where friendships start.
