House church
Most weeks we gather in a host family’s home in the Keaʻau and Hilo area. Expect couches, folding chairs and kids underfoot.
Plan a Visit
We’re a house church, so things look a little different from a typical Sunday. Here’s everything you need to know, and how to get this week’s location.
What to expect
Every Sunday at 11:00 AM. Expect about 90 minutes together.
Someone will greet you at the door, introduce you around and find you a seat. No name tags, no pressure.
A blend of traditional hymns and contemporary songs, often with guitar. Sing loud or just listen.
Bible-centered teaching with room for questions. Bring a Bible if you have one; we have extras.
We pray for one another and share the Lord’s Supper as a family, kids included.
Stay a while. Ask questions, meet a few families, and let someone pray with you if you’d like. No rush to leave.
Where we meet
We don’t own a building, on purpose. That keeps us small, close and generous. Because the location rotates, we’ll text you the address before Sunday.

Some Sundays we worship at a beach park. Bring a chair, sunscreen and a towel. Baptisms happen here too.

Whatever you’re comfortable in. Aloha shirts, slippers and beach clothes are all normal here.
All are welcome. Whether you’re exploring faith, looking for a church home or just visiting the island, come as you are and take part at your own pace.
Children are part of the church family and worship with us in the main gathering. We provide childcare in a separate room for little ones under 4.
About 90 minutes, including worship, prayer and Bible teaching. Afterward, you’re welcome to stay and talk story as long as you like.
